Your PR Toolbox
Let’s talk about your privacy
Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 1, 2026
Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use YourPRToolbox.com and our services (the "Services"), why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to Alowyn Universal, Inc., doing business as Your PR Toolbox ("Your PR Toolbox," "we," "us," or "our").
By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here. This Policy works alongside our Terms of Service.
Information you give us directly:
• Name and contact details-such as your name and email address when you create an account, make a purchase, subscribe to a membership, or download our free resource ("The First 60 Minutes of a Crisis").
• Payment information-when you buy something. Payments are handled by our platform and its payment processors; we don't store full card numbers on our own systems.
• Communications-messages you send us, including support questions and questions you ask during live talks.
Information we collect automatically:
• Usage data-such as which pages and products you view, what you download, how you interact with the Services, and general activity that helps us understand and improve what we offer.
• Device and technical data-such as your browser type, device, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
• Cookie data-see Section 5.
We use your information to:
• Deliver the products, lessons, templates, talks, and memberships you've purchased or signed up for.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions, renewals, and refunds.
• Create and manage your account.
• Communicate with you-including order confirmations, service updates, responses to your questions, and (where you've opted in) emails about new resources and offers.
• Improve our content, products, and the overall experience.
• Protect the Services, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal obligations.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails. We'll still send necessary service messages (like receipts and account notices).
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the business:
• Podia-our website and e-commerce platform, which hosts the Services and processes your transactions and account data on our behalf.
• Payment processors-to securely handle payments (for example, the card processor used at checkout).
• Email and marketing tools-to send the communications described above.
• Analytics providers-to understand how the Services are used (we use Google Analytics).
• Legal and safety-authorities or advisors when required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
These providers are standard industry services that handle data on our behalf and are expected to protect it. If we ever sell or transfer the business, customer information may be part of that transfer.
We're based in California, and most of our customers are in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S. (for example, from Canada), your information will be processed in the U.S. and in other countries where we or our providers operate, which may have different data-protection rules than your own. By using the Services, you understand this transfer occurs.
We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Services working, remember your preferences, understand usage, and improve performance. Cookies fall into broad categories: those that are essential to run the site, those that help us measure performance, and those that support analytics.
Managing cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. You can also use any cookie controls we make available on the site. Note that blocking some cookies may affect how the Services work for you.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. Much of this protection is provided through the security practices of our platform and payment processors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information. We honor valid requests regardless of where you live, where we can.
If you're a California resident (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request a copy of it, to request deletion, and to correct inaccurate information. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.
If you're outside the U.S. (for example, in Canada): You may have rights under your local privacy laws to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact us using the details below and we'll honor valid requests where we're able to.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@yourprtoolbox.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
The Services are intended for professionals and adults. They are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we'll delete it.
As our Services grow, we may update this Privacy Policy. When we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
